Works fine. Nice videos. 10-week workout schedules ready to go, or make your own. Needs some minor tweaks, like working better in the background, but Bodyweight is solid.

This app is terrific. For someone like me who travels to different countries and already spends enough time away from my family, this app and the body weight books on which it is based are indispensable. I can keep up a regular full body workout routine wherever I go, and can do them around all my kids including the toddlers. (Weights weren't cutting it for that). Workouts are varied and fun as well to keep from getting bored. Some great body weight challenges for those who are ambitious, such as handstand push-ups or pistol squats, but begins at a level that anyone can do without intimidation. Great price as well.

I can convince myself to work out because I don't have to get out equipment or run outside with allergies or anything. The trainer is easy to follow and there are levels for everyone. Love it!

I saw reviews on this app, and honestly it seemed too good to be true. I was at the time trying out crossfit, and I just couldn't get into the mantra, or the hefty price. After using this app for over 3 months now, I am thrilled with it. I have lost 15 lbs (though I changed my diet as well). With this program I can easily see my progress during workouts but also in other areas, like rock climbing . I actually look forward to my workouts, which is something I would have never expected. Buy this app. It will make a big difference as long as you show up.
