I absolutely love this app and have been using it for a number of years now. The exercises are great using only your body weight so can be done anywhere and any time. The brief video instructions are super brief and perfectly explicit. Love everything about this app!

Mark Lauren is truly your personal Trainer. Exercises are clear to understand and the sets are tough. I love the time countdown and the reminders. I am In the best shape when I stay current with the program. My brother also uses it and he is amazingly fit.

I just started using this Bodyweight training and I must say I haven’t felt like this in years. My muscles are aching so I know I’m working out muscles I haven’t worked out on, really needs dedication and self pushing. Great app

Its all good and loving the exercises but one major disappointment is that the video is unable to be fast forwarded. Sometimes I just want to skip the lecture and know what the exercise is really about! And I wish that the exercises would just be categorized by parts of the body so that it would be less time consuming to watch every single video. Other than those two I think it’s an amazing app that provides surplus amount of exercises.


Great App but a little tough for beginners

Probably the best value you can get for $5 on the App Store. Very easy to understand and follow along. I still have to remove 2 stars because the beginner program in its standard configuration is slightly delusional for any true beginner. You are looking at 6 reps of 12 pushups each on day one without manual configuration. If I could do 72 push-ups in 6 minutes I wouldn’t need the app. That said the reps are configurable to your own pace just make sure you do so before getting overwhelmed!
