What is the purpose of having a separate app to search for dealers ? And ability to call roadside . That's it ?

simply does not work. multiple error messages when trying to submit for assistance. once submission failed multiple times i followed the link to call to report my need to which i was promptly put on hold. and not that this has much to do with the app specifically but once a representative was actually reached they dropped the ball multiple times and to make a long story short i still have a disabled vehicle in my driveway! so after 3 attempts and over 10 hours of waiting i gave up and hope to be able to never have to try and rely on this service (and app) ever again… definitely not how BMW advertises this program

I have tried for days to register my vehicle, but all I am getting after filling out all fields is "System not available at the moment". Shame on BMW for releasing such a buggy app and for waisting our time!
Can't register VIN

I cannot get this application to register the VIN of my new X5. I've double checked the VIN and copied directly from dealer email. Sent note to developer without response. Disappointing!

Was locked out, used the app to call, and they unlocked my car. Simple & painless (now I wish Bmw could start my car if I forget my key somewhere)
