useless – BMW Roadside Review

simply does not work. multiple error messages when trying to submit for assistance. once submission failed multiple times i followed the link to call to report my need to which i was promptly put on hold. and not that this has much to do with the app specifically but once a representative was actually reached they dropped the ball multiple times and to make a long story short i still have a disabled vehicle in my driveway! so after 3 attempts and over 10 hours of waiting i gave up and hope to be able to never have to try and rely on this service (and app) ever again… definitely not how BMW advertises this program
