Crashes on startup -- running iOS 5.1.1

After almost a year with an app that doesn't work, an update is finally released. Amazingly, this update also crashes. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. This app is truly the worst I have seen for the iPhone. BMW should not allow such a poor product to be associated with their brand.

The app works fine on my iPhone5 running iOS6. It doesn't crash and its not buggy.

I like the update to the UI. I had not needed roadside since I first downloaded the app, but over the Thanksgiving holiday I needed a new headlamp while traveling. The dealer search function helped me find the nearest dealer and I got my headlamp replaced. I expect the same if I ever need roadside assistance.

Add place for additional description

Please add an area in the motorcycle description to add the license plate number. Should the bike get stolen it will be immediately available for law enforcement. Thanks.

Never thought I would need this app - but it really saved me with roadside help in a remote area late night! Good job :)

Ridiculous wait time on a tow truck

I phoned for asst at 4pm. A truck shows up at 5:25. The truck lift isn't working so they leave and I call again. I phone again two more times and finally at 7:30 a tow truck arrives. What a waste of a Saturday. Next time I'll make my own towing arrangements.

Can't register my vehicle

Downloaded this app. Looks like it might be useful, however, when I attempt to register my vehicle, I receive an error stating it is not possible to get the vehicle information with the VIN provided. Double checked the VIN - it is correct. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
