Cannot even open app. Crashes immediately. Hope update will be provided. App has some good feature. As a multicar BMW owner, I would have expected better planning to field an update at or shortly after release of new iPhone OS 5.0.

There really is something wrong with this application. I would be curious to know if there is an actual relationship with BMW.
Forget it if you have iOS5

Junk doesn't work with iOS5. Shame on you BMW/allstate for not being prepared. You had plenty of time to ensure apps are compatible with iOS5.

Had no problem finding my BMW records. Located dealers easily; even gave their service hours. Would be easy to call Roadside Assistance if had to. (iPhone 4S. iOS 5.0)

Excellent app, had all my info, top notch service, with a follow up call to make sure tow truck was on time. Highly Recommended.

I have not tried the Roadside Assistance option yet but, I tried to check all other available options (e.g. Locate Dealer, etc.) and NONE OF THEM WORKED. I am trying to use it on a 3G phone, using 4.2OS. Not worth the time to download.
