Tried the Blue Duck electric scooter at the beach in corpus christi, the app worked perfectly fine for me. The bike is also good used one for like an hour app showed the battery percentage of the bike on my phone. Many people are unable to find the name of the app bez its only mentioned as fly duck on the bikes no where Blue Duck is mentioned. Overall experience is very good.

This app won’t even send me a code verification number for the startup... I wasted more than 20 minutes trying to make it work. I downloaded the app again, I shut off my phone, I tried different phone numbers but I came to the conclusion that the app is just useless just like their scooters.

I downloaded the app, but it won’t send me a verification code. It’s been 2 hours now. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and nothing. Oh well, their loss. Don’t bother with this app.

I can’t even get passed “start riding “ as it won’t let me go in. My email is legit I’ve redownloaded the app 3 times , hardrest my phone . And still the same problem. Please fix this .
They charged me too much

I went on two mile ride and they charged me $6.75 and said I went 5 miles. Ridiculous. There was no option to complain or challenge the distance, please give me my money back.

The concept is a good deal. Major misleading info making you are just paying $5 to ride then it dies and says some goofy amount like $21.50. No warning when it is about to die, so you have to walk back to where you need to go because that $5 you pay is deducted and then you have to pay the amount it says like the $21.50 PLUS another $5 to restart it. Lasted about an hr. Not enough info on the app, needs improvement.

App forces you to put down a five dollar deposit and then put money on the account, then doesn’t work. Could not unlock a scooter. No real time customer support available, and 24 hours so far without any kind of response to my email requesting a refund. Lime scooter nearby fired up without a problem.
