Awful! – Blue Duck Scooter Review

App forces you to put down a five dollar deposit and then put money on the account, then doesn’t work. Could not unlock a scooter. No real time customer support available, and 24 hours so far without any kind of response to my email requesting a refund. Lime scooter nearby fired up without a problem.
