Terrible in comparison to line and bird. The scooters will let you rent them but won’t ever run and it still charged you. I tried 3 different scooters in one day and none of them would run both they sure took my money. Fix the app and your scooters need some work.
Crashes all the time. Double billed my girlfriend. GPS is inaccurate. Worse than a beta version. Great scooters and company but horrible app.

On the three occasions I’ve used this app it hasn’t worked at all. It never tracks where you are moving on the gps. Sometimes it shows scooters on the map that aren’t even there and other times it doesn’t let you activate a scooter even if it’s right in front of you. I don’t wanna be rude to the developers but this app is honestly trash at the moment.
Downloaded the app. Signed up. Tried to activate a scooter and it wouldn’t work. It did charge me and start a ride timer even though the scooter wouldn’t activate. Quit and went and rode a Bird without hassle.
App fails to work properly, scooters fail to start even after unlocked and I still get charged, one scooter that did start didn’t even have working brakes and I almost hurt myself stopping it.
There are a lot of problems with this app and how it must communicate with their scooters, they don’t always land when you tap the land button, they miscalculate with their gps and cause rate charges you didn’t deserve, the app doesn’t always communicate to unlock the scooter even though it has already started the rental and charging you for the ride but the scooter has not unlocked for you to travel, the support option is useless and it overall is not a user friendly option compared to existing scooter services.
After I ended the ride. It gave me an error message so I was not sure that the ride ended. It asked me to scan it again and I scanned it and it charge me $1.20 for another start up. I ended it right away but still charged. You need to fix this error. There needs to be a confirmation of the ride with a receipt when you hit end. Also, update the app to show the time while ride is in use with the cost. The scooter itself was smooth and comfortable.
