I struggle with using the app to redirect delivery or change meals. I am well in the allowed time to change my meal plan and I can’t get it to save my choices. This has happened before. It is frustrating to have to send an email, wait for a response etc Meals are good, the app is not
Easy and enticing

The Blue Apron app is easy to use. Beautiful photos display the dishes and preview the cooking directions. The best thing is the knowledge that the dishes will look just like the pictures and taste great.

My husband is a professional chef/caterer, and we own a restaurant. Meals are unbelievably good and after a long day of dealing with food it’s fantastic to have all the ingredients ready to go! Prep is easy and flavor combinations are awesome! Kudos to your chefs that come up with the recipes!
No choices!

I decided to try Blue Apron but when I tried to pick meals, I was only allowed to put a small choice of meals in my basket. Then the app would add a meal I didn’t want and I couldn’t delete it. Additionally, when I first signed up I was given a $30 credit and my total was going to be around $20. I got bumped out of the app, went back in and my total changed to $60. I immediately emailed my request for my membership to be canceled. I better not receive meals or get charged!!!

Our son purchased a plan for us for Christmas. We got our first Pkg yesterday. I am at a complete loss as to next step! No directions for the two meals, downloaded the app, which at first there seemed to be a fee, now I can’t get instructions on how to prepare the two meals. I am soooooo upset, as is my son! Help, and fast?
Charged for orders I never received!

I received half of an order and was told I couldn’t return the remaining ingredients which at this point are useless since I can’t cook either meal in it’s entirety without going to the store to pick up the remaining ingredients- I was told I couldn’t return to receive a refund. My account was canceled and now I’m being charged for 2 orders now and have only received 1/2 an order- how do I get a refund???

I never received my first 2 boxes due to “widespread carrier issues.” I understand that these things happen, but maybe you should stop advertising for new customers when you know you already can’t fulfill your current customers’ orders.
