Declining

I was quite comfortable using the app since I signed on a couple yesrs ago. It was easy to see the upcoming weeks, decide whether to receive or skip a week, or change what would be sent. The last six months the site has been updated and it is getting harder to find and view the upcoming weeks. Now that summer travel season is over I want to try the new pre packed, ready to warm meals. That is if I find the upcoming weeks.

A nonexistent cancel button

ApronedOur

Not rating food or service but the app. One of the worst I’ve experienced. There is absolutely no way to cancel a subscription, either in the website or app, even after instructions that you have to email to get.

App isn’t user friendly

Try pausing a meal…can’t find anywhere in app. Can’t easily navigate next meals. Prefer hello fresh app. Maybe borrow ideas from there.

Love Blue Apron!

Happy Cooker.

I love the food from Blie Apron. We have gotten to eat different kinds of seafood dishes I didn’t think I would like and I love them. We enjoy the variety we can get and the ease the meals are to make. Thank you Blue Apron for teaching an old dog new tricks!

Too pricey for a big piece of ice in the box.

Question about the app

jack$?1

It’s not clear to me looking at the app how I can change an upcoming menu item.

Loved this initially

Started w Plated - awesome. When bought out by Blue apron, quality didn’t seem to measure up. I was ok with it, but three things (after 3+ years) are leading me to unsubscribe: 1) I’ve had two boxes not show up on target date in the last couple months, and I was relying on them for family meal - super annoying to spend the $ and yet still have to make a run to the grocery store. 2) prices went up. 3) no way to indefinitely‘hold’ the account - every few weeks I would have to go in and skip the weeks ahead and inevitably I’d forget and receive a box I didn’t want / plan for. I like to use this maybe once a month but it’s not worth the hassle for me. There is no way to stop the service vis the app so I have to call or email customer service.

Neutral but a little more disappointing

Hit or miss. Packages are always delayed or get canceled last minute. Also constantly check your address because they were delivering to my address at first but then they started delivering to the wrong house and noticed my address was changed without me even touching it. Other than that food is good it’s just getting to your house that’s the hard part

Convenient & now I’m a better cook!

I love Blue Apron! It’s so convenient, the ingredients are fresh, the protein is high quality (especially seafood and ground beef/pork) and the meals are delicious! By using the recipes and learning how to do preparation first, I’m actually becoming a better cook/chef! It’s awesome. Even my husband who is hard to please likes it. Anything with spicy sauce or seasoning I can make it on the side or non-spicy first and let him have all the spices. We are a family of 3 most of the time (when my son visits we are 4) and the 4-meal weeks work great for us. We usually have a serving of leftovers for lunch the next day. When he comes we have just enough food. I like that all the veggies are seasonal too. Thanks Blue Apron for making it easy & delicious! Can’t wait to try the Thanksgiving menu!
