Impossible to cancel membership

My family and I have tried for several weeks to cancel. Due to an accident, I’m in a rehab facility. The food is going to waste since I live alone and no one is available to pick up deliveries in a timely fashion.

Great tool to pick your Blue Apron meals. Our two meal plan shows two selections- we can swap out with 8 other options if desired. Also follow along in making a dinner- enjoy checking the boxes as we complete each task. Great meals and fun app.
Don’t bother with the recipe search tool

This app is annoying because 1) there isn’t an iPad version. Who wants to scroll through five screens on a phone to prepare a meal? 2) The search tool is useless. I got a knick-knack bag for “seared pork chops & chipotle mayo” that I didn’t order, but no recipe card. Typing that into the search bar returned: Sambal Chicken & Quinoa, Spicy Glazed Chicken & Honey Butter Corn, Chicken Milanese, and Tilapia & Creamy Romesco Sauce. So...nothing with the words “seared” “pork” “chops” “chipotle” OR “mayo.” Mind you, this is not the ONLY time I’ve been sidelined by this app, I’ve just never bothered to count how many times it happens.

you are kidding!!!
Apps jumps around. I will be rating recipes the app will jump to something else. It is really hard to change orders. I will have my selections saved, yet the default selections will show as my box. Frustrating!!!
Awesome Recipes, Worst App On My Phone

This is the most frustrating app I currently have on my phone. It is so in-intuitive that I can’t figure out the most basic tasks. When I first signed-up, it would not allow me to apply a gift card given to me for your service Today I wanted to pause my deliveries because I’m going on vacation next week and won’t be able to use meal kits until October. However, there is no intuitive way to do this. I’m dumbfounded and ready to cancel all deliveries from you because I don’t want to waste money on kits that I cannot use.

A premium meal with blue apron could include a piece of pork loin $30 one meal serving 2, whereas with Home Chef you’ll receive lamb or steak. Their chicken Caesar kale salad includes thigh meat ?, Cesar salad should only be made with Romain hearts. Not creative, just cheap and disgusting.

I have enjoyed my first two meals but found it was a lot of food so actually got three meals out of the turkey piccata meatballs. Please don’t include capers in any further meals and I can not eat corn, the ears of corn looked wonderful but can’t have. Looking forward to next order. Thank you, Carol O
