Serious bugs in app make it unusable

My son’s kindergarten class just switched to this app and it is stressing me out. We were told the teacher had sent videos to each of us of our child reading, I thought I hadn’t gotten one. There was nothing in my feed, nothing in my messages, nothing. I just happened to randomly click on the teacher’s name and that brought me to a hidden private video she had sent! How was I supposed to know that it was there??! Problem solved? Nope, not even close. Tried to play the video, no sound. The app volume is all the way up, my phone volume is all the way up, but still nothing. No problem I thought, I’ll download it to my phone and watch it directly. EXCEPT THAT COSTS $19.99!!!!! This is way too much work and money to be able to watch a 1-minute video. Very frustrated.
Love this channel for daily communication with my son’s teacher

This has been such an easy and great tool for daily communication with my son’s teacher. She provides and update on Bloomz and I am alerted via email. It’s a quick click and I can read her summary from the school day. I can also message her via Bloomz and vice versa. This has been the best tool I have seen used by teachers throughout the years (they all do it differently).

I really do appreciate the sign up lists and other features but everything could be more user friendly. I don’t really care for the messages tab either.

I like the ideas but the app seems to load really slowly on both the devices I have used it on google pixel and iPhone 8. Taking more than 15 seconds takes me back to waiting for the hourglass cumbersome for a daily app

I enjoy being able to contact my childs teacher directly without calling and disturbing her. It has worked great for us so far

My son’s kindergarten teacher uses this app to communicate with parents and I absolutely love it! So easy to get ahold of her and for her to reach out to parents. Such an awesome app!

Please, please, please add search functionality! Our school posts a ton and scrolling through a bunch of posts to find the one you need, is terribly time consuming. I want to be able to search on a keyword and have those posts populate. Thank you!
