I HATE this App!

I rarely use that word but cannot seem to find a more fitting way to describe my level of frustration. The pictures load incredibly slow, very hard to share, can’t be done very freely. Glitches are often and substantial and I DETEST the fact that parents have to pay money to get a snapshot of their kid’s’ activities during the school day. I for one have no problem paying if it was a good App (I have many paid apps on my phone). I’ve even considered offering to pay for my class’ families to have the app. But this thing is terrible! I don’t understand why the schools got away from the simplicity of a Facebook account. Simple, free and easily accessible! This is junk and someone is clearly making a mint and not through happy customers!

Bloomz is ok, but needs work. Firstly, it needs to work in both vertical and horizontal modes. Also, it need to work at native iPad resolutions.

How can I cancel the subscription?

Our K teacher asked us to use the app for convenience, so I bought a 1 year subscription. I’m not using the app since last August, but there’s no option to cancel the subscription - neither in Apple Store, nor in the application. Am I supposed to pay the 9.99 forever?

Why don’t all schools have this? There should be apps that help you track your kids progress throughout school

This app never works on my cell phone, I can only access it thru a tablet which I do not every carry with me. Do better Bloomz.

Am only signed into 2 of 5 of my daughters teachers. Have never figured out how to use it.

Turns off audio playback

Since the last update whenever I open this app it turns off any audio/music playback. Why?

It’s just another message center that I have to track in an already busy life. Bloomz doesn’t offer anything different or better than a group email.

I love using Bloomz with my parents. One thing that would make it even better is if we could “like” comments. This would help when parents respond to a post. They would know I saw it, but I wouldn’t have to comment every time.
