I was on hold for a hour which is reasonable but my support operator did nothing to help. Then they said they would email me back to help with the problem ( told me it would take about a hour to resolve)....that was 48 hours ago. After another attempt to try and ask about my credit I was supposed to receive through a email ( and showing them the email) they have now gone ghost on me. Use ANY other crypto app. This one is trash!

I deposited money and now it’s gone it showed that there was Bitcoin in the account but when I open my account nothings there. I then open my account with nothing in it and it opens instantly. It’s probably a scam. I will change my review if my funds become available

I opened the account. Put $25 dollars in and immediately I lost 2-3 dollars I understand that that can happen with the stock market but when I wanted to move money around or add more money the whole account is locked. You can’t deposit, you can’t withdrawal, you can’t move money around nothing. And then you say it’s because I need to verify myself so I do that and send them everything they need. They said it would take 5 minutes, it’s now been days! I emailed their support system since they don’t have any actual human beings you can talk to to help you they only have the FAQ section. No response from them what so ever. THIS IS A SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
