Love the Blockchain platform.

I’m not happy with your way of solving disputes when it comes to gift cards, the seller always wins. Must of us the buyers do not win gift cards disputes because we do not have the physical cards with us, we only have a picture of the card sent to us by a family member or friend. This is really unfair.

The blockchain wallet app used to be easy to understand and quite efficient. Recent updates have brought about muddled up functionality, for example , you have to click accept bitcoin from the app function keys if you want to copy your wallet address , now it’s hard to find and this is due to its integration with the exchange app . I suggest the developer should endeavor to separate both apps .

I can’t access my wallet through the app and trying to login through the site says “Sorry for the inconvenience but we’re performing some maintenance at the moment. We’ll be back online soon!” It’s almost been a day! How long does maintenance take Blockchain? It’s wrong to prevent us access to our money!

I have no way of viewing the return address my coins were sent to even though I only sent 20 bucks it ended up sending 326 of my wallet and now I can’t get those coins back because block chain doesn’t show a way to view my change address
