I have sent several mails but am not getting any response or seeing any improvement, i trade a bitcoin last month on the 20th of December and it has been pending up till now is still showing pending. The blockchain teams should fix it so i can be able to make use of my funds. I’m stranded right now and this is frustrating me

I am currently waiting for them to send me my 5.6 BTC and all they say is just wait longer(6 days now). Yea this is NOT cool. Stay far far away.

The app is broken. For about 6 MONTHS I have not been able to log in via a smart device and they practically force it. Their tech support is non existent and if you need to switch between accounts it never lets you siting an error. They’re kind of a joke now and they were the best for many years for me.

I had a blockchain wallet before and I verified it which was really easy. So I decided to sign up for another wallet worst mistake ever. Which I received $25000 in the trading wallet which was my worst mistake. I was required to verify my identity. Which I did with my passport but it was rejected reason is either you can’t verify two wallet or I made mistake in my date of birth.Send 3 request same response that can’t solve anything now my account has be totally disabled, I can’t send or receive crypto or send to another wallet. Support is not responding to rectify issues. #3130690

Don’t use this app. High fees on exchanges of coins, slow bank transfers, not a lot of coins to choose. I recommend to use another apps before this one.

I had $475 Bitcoin in my Bitcoin wallet, then I decided to send $200 Bitcoin to this address( 1PgoRXMXyFpqf48famyzGhoG3f3QSYzXMp) which I copied and pasted in send crypto section, then suddenly, all $475 disappeared from my wallet and the transaction history now show that the money was splinted into two Bitcoin wallets whereas I only pasted one wallet and typed it $200 but it ended wiping out all my $475 to two different addresses. How come ???????
