This company has the most inefficient, incapable customer support of any company I’ve know in my entire live. There system screws up my account and now my monthly net is locked up since the system will not verify my account. If you know what’s good for you DO NOT have anything to do with this app or this company. You will only be disappointed and lose money. The Class Action Lawsuit will begin if my funds aren’t recovered within 14 Calendar days.

My account has been in manual review for more than a month now, I don’t have access to my money and no one is saying anything reasonable. Please do something fast to either verify my account or refund my money. Each time I write support, a new ticket is opened with a different representative replying me something entirely different. My most recent ticket number is #3081609
Worthless app

This is a worthless app. Support is non existent. I went through the whole verification process and am told everything is OK. But the app won’t let me do anything. You can chat with “support” but all they do is say they will contact their support team and no one ever replies. Apple should yank this app from the App Store. Ticket 3121649 and ticket 3127081 from Jan 1, ticket 3123821 from Jan 2. And I sent an email to support on Jan 6 which has never been answered. I’ve chatted a number of times on BlockChain and been told a number of times that I would hear back within 48 hours. It doesn’t happen. Would I trust sending any money to BlockChain at this point with such terrible customer support?

Days past where i reget using this app, made swap of my cripto to usdt and still after 2 weeks im waiting response from blockchain support, answer is they are scalating the case, this is not the first time that this happen, do not use this app for traiding ever, 60% of chance that money gets stuck

They tell you you can buy AND sell crypto but in reality, they only let you buy it and once they have your money they hold it from you so you can’t access it. They are thieves!!!!

Two times my account got hacked for no reson around $9 thousand I loose in both accounts they don’t resolve so take care when you download
