App Won’t Allow Email Signup?

The app does not accept an email login apparently. I actually thought I could do business with this app. I don’t “Facebook”, so seems I’m out of luck.

I can say without a shadow of a doubt that your Marketing Department is NOT hitting its target ? with any TRUE success Reasons in order 1. Credibility - Brand equity begins and ends with TRUST (judging by the response given by your customer service rep, I can already hear the crackling radio “Houston We Have a Problem” or what I’d call a Pro-blemish. Pro-blemish is when you hire someone bc they have a degree and think that makes them the “Steve Jobs” of marketing A Branding and Marketing culture is the face and voice consumers see and hear Hire a consultant or firm that is in touch with your target market, for all stakeholders I hope you do Great PRODUCT, I’d use it, but I DON’T

Brilliant and not too bad of a price

$80 a year for an app?! what!!! i know i know, crazy right, BUT, actually if you think about it, thats the price of 8 books?‍♂️ this app is packed with way more value than 8 books and will cut through all the filling and give you you the golden nuggets out out of todays most impressive self help books and gives you the option of listening, reading, or both! Blinkist i dont care what anyone else says, i love what you're doing, keep it up?? ps. you guys should make a family plan because i literally told my whole fam about this app lol

I thought I signed up for a free trial.. 2 years later I notice I have been billed for 2 years.. I thought I unsubscribed and deleted the app. After I had trouble activating the app from desktop to iPhone.. I even emailed them asking how to activate. Never used it... Please, as per my last email to customer service, I can’t activate to unsubscribe but you keep billing me. Please stop!!

Collecting nuggets of wisdom

As a professor I read a lot of books and articles. Everything that I read usually provides one to three important points. I love reading because I can collect nuggets of wisdom and understanding in one domain of knowledge. However, these days I don’t have time to read books in a wide range of subjects because of the time required. I’ve been looking for an app that distills the major points in a short amount of time. Instaread is too basic and provides almost no context through relevant examples. I’ve been impressed with Blinkist because it provides enough context, and distills the main nuggets of wisdom in the book. There are also a sufficient number of titles of related topics that I can develop a deep understanding of content within a short time. I also know that if I want to understand the topic deeper I can get the whole book. I tried the free version for a week and reviewed about 20 books already. I’m planning to get the year long subscription. I am looking forward to learning a lot of things this year!

Playback annoyances

The app will, without fail, repeat whatever chapter I play after 30 seconds of playback whenever i start a new track. This is very annoying.

I got the Thanksgiving discount for the premium account and it's totally worth it. The phone app is great and very easy to navigate. The summaries of the books are good, but depend on the book. I use it a lot and listen to 2-3 book summaries every week. I recommend it!

They force you to give up information to try the app. Don’t want to spread my info around without knowing if an app is worth it.

Update: I’m asking for a refund. Update: I will cancel my membership within 30 days if you dont fix this. I have iPhone 6s, updated app and updated iOS. The audio keeps stopping and/or the app keeps crashing. Very disappointed. Review: The audio always stops in the 1st blink, I have to click the pause bottom to resume it, although it starts from the beginning of blink 1. Why does the audio stops in the middle of blink 1, very annoying. Thanks for 50% off on Black friday. Still 39.99$ is high. It used to be cheaper to join, why are you increasing the cost? Used to be cheaper, now the regular price is 80$. That is a lot of $, you can have many more subscribers if you go down to 25$ per year.

Careful they don’t mention cost before you down load.
