Becoming Enlightened
Willing to listen
Wonderful to have so many ideas, views, and knowledge at my fingertips. I find myself stopping the blinks and taking notes. These are books that I wouldn’t normally purchase because I could not afford them monetarily or time wise (not enough time to read). Probably the most important thing I have learned this past year plus has been to listen to people whose opinion differs from mine. I am learning why they have their beliefs. That they have them for many different reasons. You know we all are just trying to find meaning in our lives. We are trying to understand the world. Just like everyone else who has been alive. I also will purchase a book whose blinks I have listened to if I want to go deeper. Thank you for adding meaning to my life! I usually listen when I am doing something else like cleaning or cooking.

Curious as to what Blinkist is and trapped in trial

Not very user friendly - simply wanted to explore what it offered without getting caught paying for it and Would like to cancel free trial but there seems to be no way out and directions keep sending me to sign up to spend money Would love to OPT OUT cannot find any directions or way out

Great app which gives you quick summaries of books that highlights the key insights so you always take away the core message from the author. Super useful for people who may not be ardent fans of reading but love learning new things

The best app for those who wants to read a book, yet haven’t got the time to do so. With this you can basically read the entire book in 5min “summary”, if you like the book, then you can find the actually book and read it. Thanks Blinkist!
Bluetooth nightmares

Trying to listen to blinks on Bluetooth is a nightmare. Constantly just stops playing. Sometimes it continues anyway, but the sound is not playing. I use Bluetooth on tons of other apps no problem. If I connect to my phone with a cable, the blinks play fine. Very frustrating. I want to use Bluetooth. Books are good, however, so it forces me to deal with the frustrating performance of Bluetooth.
Beware: You will be charged a steep subscription fee

Found out by chance I was being charged more than 50 bucks for a yearly fee, and it’s an app I don’t even find useful. If I hadn’t cancelled the subscription would be automatically renewed. What a scam.
