There really should be an option to check in when arriving for curbside, instead of having to call. What year is this? It’s also a very basic looking app. Being a national chain, you’d think they’d make it look better. Side note to people: this isn’t the place to review individual restaurants, that’s called Yelp or Yahoo!

OpenTable app permits reservations while it’s own app only allows waitlisting. A lot of features on app aren’t available at my location! Isn’t this a franchise therefore they don’t purchase/enroll in all available services??? Bad rollout! A lot of question with no answers from staff. Just use app for reward points.

Called and spoke to a restaurant when I put my family on this list via the app. They told me that this helps them plan for parties but your wait time doesn’t start until you get there. That isn’t straight forward. So if they say wait time 25 minutes, you arrive at 20 min, then your time actually starts. This is just helpful for them to plan but doesn’t really reserve your place in line according to what I was told via phone.
Useless app that I tried for a second time

Could find no place to enter gift card, then the app wouldn’t process a credit card. Had to call in order and ended up being more expensive. Wasted 20 minutes of my time.
