No iPad view, complicated UI

This app only has a phone view, the iPad view is a black window with a tiny screen view in the center. It compounds the UI which is already overly complicated. But honestly, how can any app in 2019 not provide a iPad view?
Stops working

Stopped working halfway through conference and now I don’t know which sessions I am supposed to be at and where they are taking place.....

It worked ok with limited functionality because I was running an older version. Had to delete it and redownload to upgrade, and now I can’t login. I was going to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking I may be doing something wrong, but after reading the other reviews I’m giving up - if you can’t make it apple easy for the dumbest users to login, your mass market app is a fail.
