Useless

A total disappointment. I was unable to connect with people directly. Evidently 3 out of hundreds were able to look at my profile. I could not see anyone's profile. There was no messaging board on the app to connect with everyone or leave comments about sessions.
Not very useful
Strong Vocal & lyrics
This app was used by event organizers and didn’t deliver as promised. Meeting times weren’t posted. Room changes were not provided or updated. So many people couldn’t even figure out how to use the app even after registering! The app never linked with those who had already paid their registration, but kept denying access to their (paid & registered) agenda with a pop up to ‘register now!” Frustrating and useless!

App works OK and is dependent on the event organizers to make the most of its functionality. Having used the app at multiple conferences it is a registration nightmare. If the same email address is used to log in to Bizzabo for multiple conferences the app registration process breaks down and suggests you use another email address which is profoundly unhelpful. The registration process creates a real set up cost for the user which defeats the benefit of the app.

First off, I already hate the app. I simply want to know which room the meetings are in. The only way to find out is by downloading the app. The room info should be posted on the online agenda. Forcing a download app is not a long term business solution. I’m deleting the app as soon as I get the room info.

It crashes. Constantly. It could be very useful, but at the moment I’m at a conference and have no idea where my next session is.

I downloaded this app because I was attending Social Media World in San Diego. The app was slow and clunky and kept asking me to login. After logging in 3 times in a day and still getting asked to go through the process again I deleted the app and went back to the printed conference guide.
