I used the Bizzabo app at a conference in NYC. At first, I was a little concerned with a third party app but the login flow was soo easy and quick. Would recommend for anyone running a conference! I’m running marketing events this fall and I’m going to check them out.

Looks beautiful, very easy to use, does the trick! I love the agenda and community feature, navigating is so easy.

As an event manager I’ve been organizing and attending events for 15 years. I recently attended an event in NYC and their app was beautiful and allowed me to customize my experience and make meaningful connections via their networking features. I saw it was Bizzabo’s app and I have reached out to them to partner on my company’s events moving forward. They have a complete and holistic platform in addition to this app!! Wow. Bizzabo where have you been in my life??!

The app itself is great - it has all the content you need and is very clean/easy to use with a couple nice bonus features. However, as mentioned, it’s really up to the individual organizer to program in all the content and less of the actual company’s (Bizzabo) fault. I’ve attended an event where the app had amazing content (Social Media Marketing World) and one (won’t mention the name) where some of the times for sessions were wrong etc. Login flow is easy (as long as you remember the email you used to register!) and I got a TON of good networking done on the community tab. LOVE the integration with LinkedIn where I could see who I have mutual connections with. I even clicked on some of the splash offers because they were really good! Overall great event app and it would be amazing if this could be a new standard as some of the other ones are so confusing to use.

app opens and asks for email address. next screen says to click a button to get confirmation email. on click of button in confirmation email you get asked to open the app store to download the app you already have. of course next step sends you back through the confirmation process.

Like another reviewer said, I entered my email and then was sent an email to verify my identity. Every time I hit the “confirm email” button it took me back to the same spot in the app to verify my email. No access, just a series of emails that never worked. Groundhog Day. Even the tech support feature didn’t work. I tried to submit my problem but it wouldn’t take my email to receive a reply. That many bugs means I will never use this app again!

I get an email sent to me. I click on the link in my email. It takes me to the app where I have to re enter me email address. It tells me to click on the link in my email to confirm my email address. I click on the link and it takes me back to the app where it asks me to enter my email address. And on and on and on and goes.
