Clean UI not so great UX. There were many things that were difficult to get to. Like voting within an event page. There were other things that could just been placed differently for a better user experience.
Caught in endless loop

I installed the app. When I open it and enter my email, it tells me to check my email. After clicking the link in my confirmation email, I am taken to a page that has me click a button that opens...the App Store! I tried this three times before giving up. What a bother!

Horrible initial experience. Doesn’t seem like they managed to big test this app and rushed it out. Email verification doesn’t work and it’s the first barrier into the app.

Sends verification email with a link to a nonsensical page that takes you back to the App Store. It never verifies. Plus, how do you get that link if you didn’t have the app in the first place? Derpfest.

No way to confirm email properly

I’ve tried to confirm the email process 5 times but it never recognizes me within the app. Really frustrating when trying to plan my time at an upcoming conference #fail

This app was used by event organizers and didn’t deliver as promised. Meeting times weren’t posted. Room changes were not provided or updated. So many people couldn’t even figure out how to use the app even after registering! The app never linked with those who had already paid their registration, but kept denying access to their (paid & registered) agenda with a pop up to ‘register now!” Frustrating and useless!
