Broken in many ways, currency conversion off

This wallet doesn’t freaking work. Every time I try to pay something, it gets stuck on fetching payment information, or is inexplicably not showing any available wallets, or gets random errors. It’s broken as hell, to the point of being useless.

Nothing's working, I didn't get any information sent in anyway about renewing my card - which expired in June - so, this is basically useless, if it works at all? Nice. I loved this service and app. Well, there goes that....

Glitches in their system

This company has issues in the code of their software. Beware. The customer service teams ask for error logs over and over. You send them in over and over and they just say oh it’s not serious. You give them a month to work on it, no results. You ask for a timeline on the issue and they just say oh it’s not Erik is. You express that you’re getting frustrated... please submit error logs and try reading faq’s for the 5th time Put your money with other companies that care enough to resolve problems associated to their product, or at least acknowledge that there is an issue and they will try to resolve it. Don’t send your clients to a page that’s supposed to support you and it had 4 suggestions. Bet this company goes under if they don’t get their act together.
