I have been using BitPay for over a year now, and even though they have high transfer rates, it is worth it for me to have the peace of mind and security that BitPay offers. I will continue to use BitPay on a daily basis and suggest if you want a safe and secure wallet, that you give then a try as well.

I like this app a lot. I’m able to purchase Bitcoin Cash crypto with my debit card. I can purchase other crypto as well but I’m only interested in Bitcoin Cash so that’s all I’m familiar with using this app. I have always had an easy time purchasing, setting up wallets, etc. with the help of this app. I would recommend this to my family members. Won’t let me take a picture for Bit pay card setup. My camera works fine out side the app.....Now I signed online and verified won’t let me use my crypto password , I deleted and added the app back signed in now I can’t find my money or put in the 12 words. Before y’all roll out a app please test it better playing with people money. I’m ready to get my funds and find a new way to spend my crypto to much hassle.

I really want this to work. But with the new card, they neglected to tell you can’t send money through ach transfers. The debit account does not have routing or account numbers. Customer service told me to get my money from atm machines. Customer here, c’mon, make this easy. That’s the gig.

Constantly being feed random amounts for services and they don’t even clearly tell me what fees I’m paying and how much they amount to. I constantly have to go back and buy more bitcoin because my amount can’t cover their preposterous fees! You will spend hundreds more than you actually need to use this app.

Charges fees for small balance accounts.

They’ll take money out of your account until it’s a zero balance. It forces you to either use the app more or never use it again.

I was a loyal customer but the app has intentional issue, they dont alert you that you dont have enough ethreum gas for smart contract and they took fee without your approveal shame

Error messages App stops working

I keep having problems with this app and in my case it is always related to error messages that pop up, screen goes to white and it doesn’t work anymore. Most recently, the message “error loading the keys” appears as soon as I open the app and I can’t use it anymore. Usually I wait for a couple of days but this time it has been more than two weeks and still the app doesn’t respond.
