can't receive Bitcoin

I sent some Bitcoin to another bitcoin wallet several days ago but the changes haven't come back to my wallet now！What‘s wrong, I can’t do any transaction using BitPay now! My bitcoin in bitpay wallet is missing!!!

I had to uninstall the app, after reinstalling i am unable to log back in even with my 12 word recovery phrase. I receive the error message telling me I’m incorrect when I’m clearly not. This has happened more than 3 times now.
Transsactions now showing on a timely manner

Lately i have noticed when i receive bitcoin even when the transsaction is on the blockchain might not show up on my wallet for like 20 minutes or so.( i have use unconfirmed funds on) so is very frustrating and inconvenient the fact that the coins are basically on a limbo for that period of time fix it and i’ll update my review to 5 stars.

THIS APP WORKS JUST AS INTENDED AND HAS SERVE ITS PURPOSE FOR MORE THAN 2 years FOR ME. THE WHOLE APP IS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND EASY TO USE. NOT SURE WHY MANY ARE COMPLAINING WHEN THERES REALLY NOT MUCH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. THE BITCOIN WALLET WORKS FANTASTIC, SENDING AND RECEIVING BITCOINS COULDN'T BE ANY EASIER. I ONLY USE THIS APP TO SEND AND RECEIVE BITCOINS AND CASH OUT MY BITCOINS INTO US DOLLARS!! BITPAY APP DESERVES TO BE 5 STARS. TO ALL THOSE WHO KEEP CRYING AND COMPLAINING, QUIT YOUR CRYING SELF AND USE A DIFFERENT APP, NO ONE STOPPING YOU.
Great step towards crypto mass adoption

I've been using BitPay for a few months now and it's worked great for me. If I had to quibble I would say they could make the UI a bit more friendly. Example: when I go to add funds to the account somewhere on that screen should be a read out of my total funds available. Other than that it's been a smooth ride for me.
You’ll loose your coins

I’d steer clear of this platform if you value your assets. Bitpay has reputation of misleading info and tactics. Much better platforms available out there.
This App Once Was Great!

Had to upgrade my review. BitPay continues to crush it in the cryptospace! Great card, way better than Coinbase’s Shift Card.
Deceiving fee

They advertise bitcoin network fee 1.9% when in reality this is BitPay fee in the other hand their friend BCH receive no bitpay fee because they are holders. Disgusting.
