Who has even actually received bitpay debit card? I doubt they even exist. This company asks for payment for the card and then tells you it can not verify your information? How convenient to take my money first. On top of that you have to jump through hoops to get a refund and this transaction takes 3 days to “process” as you wait for your refund. Oh and you have to pay the miners fee as well for their inability to check if they will even send you this make believe Card. Don’t waste your time. This app is WORTHLESS.

I love BitPay app...I would have rated it five stars but customer service is lacking. I wish they had person to person calling customer service. Otherwise I am very satisfied.

I re enter my password phrase to obtain my wallet back and all is good. Then all of a sudden it ask me to agree with the terms which I do....my wallet disappears as if I don’t have a wallet. Not fond of this at all what so ever and can’t access my money. Horrible....

I liked the wallet a lot, however it does not accept all types BCH addresses, which I found very limiting. I’d probably give it 5 stars if that functionality was there.

Sent funds from binance to my BitPay wallet Never received my funds and after finding a support contact email I emailed them with pictures for proof my bitcoin cash sent and completed. After contacting them my BCH address changed so where did the BCH go? .was told it can take up to 30 days.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!

I dont know whats the deal with all these negative reviews and all these people crying and complaining. I’ve used this app for my bitcoin wallet for more than 2 years and havent encountered anything wrong with it. BitPay app is great, BitPay Visa Debit Card is great, UI is great, everything is Great. BitPay app s definitely worth your time and worth your bitcoins :) Couldnt be any happier with BitPay. Thank you!!
Okay UI but it messed up my BTC.

It seems that I lost a bunch of BTC because I decided that I liked this app more than CoinBase before I tested the flow of sending money. When I received a bitpay card and got to attempting to send my BTC to it, it came to a surprise where I am now asked for an “encrypt password”. This is unfortunate, since I never set up an “encrypt password” and now I can’t access my BTC. Exporting BTC requires the password, sending BTC requires it, etc. The job of a wallet app is to story your money safely. This app apparently doesn’t do that.

Omg..... I thought I lost my btc. It would not load my wallet it will say wallet busy every time I try to transfer or pay it’s so annoying! This is the worst btc wallet in the App Store it will crash all the time when sending and will not display transactions.
