Great idea

Loving it. Was easy to sign up with Apple Pay and dr. License scan for initial setup. 2nd time later was a 5 second breeze and off you go. Also very affordable for lots of fun.

Seamless process, used Applepay integration which was fast and easy. Scooter worked well and responded quickly to app commands. The Battery electric vehicle experience was good. Good smooth takeoff and power. Instructions and riding were easy to figure out. Brake was effective and in good condition without being too grabby. I only took a short ride so I can’t speak to the range. The speed seems good for a bike lane vehicle. Not so fast that you can be super aggressive and pass people and fast enough that people will not want to mix with pedestrians. Note: literally every single person I have seen riding a Bird is breaking the law while riding. Often two-up with no helmets on the sidewalk or street in the car lane. I’m sure things will settle down soon enough though, as people learn what to do and not do.

I love to go fast but like to feel safe. This is the most fun I've had since elementary school! Flying around north park laughing hysterically with glee, I'll definitely be doing this again.

This service is pretty garbage. I've spent the last few days "chasing birds". The app from a usability and technicality is good but the service behind is a time waste. Out of the 10 birds I tried to ride: 3 were simply not where they said they were 2 were apparently "on a ride" 5 were low on battery I'm from New York and if I spent the time walking to where I wanted instead of going out of my way to chase these scooters, I would have gotten there quicker

These run well, very fun and much better than the lime ones in climbing some short hills in SF. Also seem to run faster, only wish they had a speedometer. Looking forward to seeing more of these on the street and hope the city allows parking or dock stations as it can get messy having these just lying all around.
