What The Hell

I just went to sign up through app and to has network error. Go to call support and every prompt just repeats the same automated selection that gets me nowhere. Not a good start- not a good look. C’mon Bird
Want it, but so frustrating

App is unreliable and depletes phone battery in a matter of minutes. Stood next to a bird trying to rent it for 10 minutes. App showed zero birds in the whole of Los Angeles. Scanning didn’t work. App stopped working completely. On top of it all, in those useless 10 minutes, my battery dropped from 60% to 20%. Frustrating!!

You should be able to see what birds are available on the map , while you are riding one , so that you can go to one with remaining batter.

This was easy and fun to get started. Worked like a charm the first time. Looking forward to trying it again. Also, hope they get this in other cities soon!
