Not sure if this is an issue with the app or gps module on the scooters.
Drivers license????

I was going to use a bird and then it asked for a picture of my drivers license. Why would I have that with me if I’m leaving my car at home? Isn’t this an alternative to driving! I had to leave the bird and walk after wasting 5 minutes to get to that point. Makes 0 sense, especially in cities where people opt out of cars.

I found both the app and the scooter easy to use. As for value as a replacement for my car to commute the miles to work, well, even my gas guzzling SUV is cheaper. Still, I enjoyed the ride.
Lots of fun, hard to find.

The ride was fantastic and we had a blast, but it was rough finding one. There was multiple occasions where the app marks there's a ride but nowhere to be found. Idk if it's the apps fault or people are moving birds indoors for selfish reasons. For the right of others to use them, please stop! I suggest the team to investigate and penalize users for holding birds for themselves. Thanks a lot for putting this service out there.

How do I determine if this is available where I’m at. It opens a map and then? Tried the website also. Sounds good and I’d like to try it!

Birds is in Austin now! This is so cool! App is super easy to use and the scooters are perfect ? will be using again many times in the future
