This app is horrible they have taken money away from me twice already the first time I used it they tried to scam me I highly recommend not to use this app it is terrible I recommend to use lime that’s an app you could trust

I tried two Lime scooters today. The first had a dead battery. I tried to drop it off at USC, but the Lime app forced me to walk three blocks out of my way to drop it off. On the second Lime, the app wanted me to type my credit number over and over. Bird gave me no problems. Bird swiftly took me all the way to my destination on perfectly round tires!
Sometimes the scooter doesn’t work right

It happened a couple times where I activated the scooter and it didn’t run and I was out couple bucks. It’s very frustrating:(
I can conect on my app to rent a scooter what I should do

I attempted to ride two birds before finding one that worked and I was charged for both first attempts. I would like to be reimbursed for the charge I can given for going nowhere or I probably won’t use this app again.

$30 for pretty short ride. In my opinion charges not explained well.$25 to rent and$5app charge that I don’t understand. They can charge whatever they like, but be prepared fir a $30 charge fir 45 minutes.
