Best iPad POS I've seen

Njsportingstore

This is a great point of sale system. The simple scan feature is really cool and the loyalty piece is a really nice touch for my customers. I have actually seen my business grow over the past few months using Bindo and their loyalty feature. We tried out shopkeep but it was not very user friendly and was way uglier than bindo lol.

Still waiting....

DoctorNote

I've been waiting for more than 24 hours to have my free trial activated. They send an automated email with a question which I have responded to. If it's this hard just to get the software activated, then I can't imagine it being any easier to use. Won't waste anymore time on this one.

Best POS system

LM Castro

Started using Bindo for my store and the process was easy and the sales staff helped me in the process of my search. I was using light speed and square but after using Bindo I now have the best software I need to run my store more efficiently. Bindo has amazing features that I use daily like inventory management and the customer management. Their customer service is also amazing

Thank you

Great

Amazing!

Silent giraffe

We've been using this PoS at our liquor store for almost a year now and it's been an amazing experience. Our customer service is better, sales have increased due to bindos special functions, and managing our thousands upon thousands of items has never been easier. If you own a retail store we highly recommend this POS system!

Crash Central

Mmdrik

Downloaded and have been trying to set up my account for the past 30 minutes. When I get to the last set of questions it crashes every time. Don't know if this app works or not but if I can't get past the set up without crashing, maybe a blessing in disguise to walk away now. No phone number for support.

Great POS

This is a great point of sale app, it is super easy to use and has lots of useful features!

DONT Buy BINDO

camjmbullion

If I could give this PoS zero stars, I would. Each version brings more bugs. The system constantly crashes; it constantly freezes while trying to accept signatures; most recently, BINDO changed the prices of some of my inventory, causing sales to be rung up incorrectly which cost me money. The response from BINDO was to suggest they could get the issue corrected over night; in the mean time, what about the sales that were already incorrect and the ones throughout the day that would be rung up incorrectly? This isn't just a bad PoS; it is FULL of bugs by the programmers and they seem completely inept at correcting them or preventing future problems. Please don't make the same mistake I did; don't be fooled by the low price. There is a reason this PoS is cheaper than others.

Great mobile POS System

ButlerStore

We were looking to upgrade to a more mobile system from our cash register, so we wanted an iPad system. We're glad that we chose Bindo and have had a great experience with getting help with setup and navigation. I love the inventory and customer tracking features. Would highly recommend to other convenience stores!

Biggest Mistake Ever

Circle Crew

Here’s the biggest problems: Inventory: After completing the task of getting all my inventory turned in, it took over a week to get it in and then everything was so jumbled that I had to edit the entire inventory sheet and resubmit it. In the mean time, the inventory is changing and I had to go back and make adjustments wasting more valuable time. Then I printed up a ton of barcode labels and now when I scan items some are coming up with a message; "You have scanned a new item". Bindo said they updated their system and all my older bar codes do not work anymore. My inventory is way off by now, and I can not scan items. Plus I have employees that have to deal with all this not working right as well. Reports: Bindo advertises pictures of graphs and reports which DO NOT EXIST!! This is probably the biggest disappointment and most misleading aspect of the system. I am a fashion designer, artist, and visual learner. I want pie charts, graphs, and to see my data in different ways. All I have is blocks of data, which shows no trends and means nothing to me. There are no reports in the dashboard either. All I can see is the top 10 things that sold each day? This is unacceptable, here I am on vacation and I can't see a clear picture of what is going on in my store. I would also like to see sales by day and hour so I can better plan my open hours and how many people I schedule at peak/slow times. The reports provided do not give me any new insights, don't allow me to see what's going on when I'm away, and don't allow me to track trends. My electric bill has more useful reports. I can see what my electricity usage is compared to past months, past years, and compares my usage with the rest of my neighborhood in graph form. I expected a lot more from Bindo. When I talked to support about this they told me to extract my data and put that into another program and generate my own, not helpful. Webstore: When I bought this program, the sales person said its usually a fee of $500 to get your online store up and running the way I'd like it but he would "throw that in". All I got was a do it yourself code, with zero instructions, no tutorials, nothing. When I called support, they said that web store support is not included and I would have to get a third party to help me. If there is no support or help in getting my cart up and running, a $500 credit needs to be issued so I can hire someone local to do it. Also, I asked about having different pricing for online sales verses in store, would told that was doable, and now I find out it is not. One price shipping is another issue and there is no way to enter a discount code. I want help to get my on line store up and running like I was promised when I signed on with Bindo. Dashboard: It's not as easy to edit on this end, my department page crashes and is sometimes non responsive. I've tried using it on several different computers and no improvement. Lists of supplies, departments, and such are not alphabetized like they are on the POS. You can't see any time clock info, would be nice to see this to check on my employees while I'm on vacay. You can't add register keys in the back office and you can't add departments on the POS, so I have to go back and forth between the two. Consignment: I had several questions about how to handle these accounts before choosing Bindo and feel mislead in what I could do and how to handle different situations. Does not work for consignment. There are other little things, my printer keeps going off line and I have to reconnect it a few times a day. No pin debit. The expensive iPad case blocks the photo lens and volume controls and had to be replaced. Do not waste your time and energy with this product. I am currently trying to get out of my contract. I've been calling and emailing support on these issues, but I talk with different people each time and have to explain the same issues over and over to different people and nothing gets resolved. Everyone at support has been sympathetic to my concerns and pleasant, but honestly they seem frustrated too that the system doesn't work as advertised. The number one response I get from support is, "that feature is still in development and we have know idea when it will be released".
