Great system

I was looking at these reviews and I don’t get it? We are Vape shop that uses the systems for 3 stores and it works great. Does it crash once a while, yes. But what POS software doesn’t have problems. The systems interface is good and it’s easy to use. The support have been great to work with and when I do have issues they address it as as possible. The only negative is at times is when I can’t get a hold of support. But they do get back to me within reason. So overall I would say it’s a great system that’s not perfect but great enough for our business and volume Bindo can handle.

I have two stores running on Bindo. Ive been using it for over a year and overall I’m pleased with the system. It’s not perfect but no POS is and when I run into issues they’re generally resolved quickly. I was able to get my website integrated with Bindo which is a big plus.

Great for clothing stores

I am small boutique in Connecticut and I had Bindo for 6 months. What I like about the system that it’s easy to use and I can do everything on my iPad. I love how you can create shirt and split it out in colors, sizes, etc. I forgot what they call that back but it’s great. We love how we can create permission levels to all employees. They have different ways you can create a discounts. Overall I am pleased with Bindo and I will be customers of there’s for a long time.

Due to the app’s enriched features, it can adapt to most retailers’ daily operating needs. And, the system interface is nicely designed and user-friendly. There are bugs but normally get fixed within reasonable amount of time. The customer support specialists are very patient and helpful. Still, there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of system extensions (Third-party integration and iPhone app).

Easy-to-Use, Time-Saving POS

The Bindo POS has been great! Getting started was fast and easy and the team at Bindo was super professional and supportive. Once I had my hardware, I was able to get my inventory uploaded and store ready to go in a matter of a few hours. A person on the Bindo team did an initial training for me and my team that lasted less than 30 minutes and we were off to the races. Since then, a questions pops up every now and again, but I can always get someone at Bindo - oftentimes it's the Co-Founder, Brad! I am having a much easier time of checking people out and managing my inventory. My staff is really enjoying it, and customers seem to really like it as well. Speaking of customers, at the encouragement of David at Bindo, I have begun collecting customer information in the system and have just started implementing a customer loyalty program. It's fully tracked by Bindo and so is easy to use. I have already noticed a couple of customers coming back a little more frequently. I would recommend this POS to any retail merchant.

I’ve looked at all the iPad point of sale systems and most are just fancy cash registers. Bindo POS is a full-on store management solution, which inventory management and customer loyalty features that go way beyond what the other guys offer. It also doesn’t hurt that Bindo has a gorgeous interface and is super easy to use. Highly recommended.

We've been using it for a couple of months now and it is about a hundred times better than our old system. There are a few kinks, but the support team is very helpful and efficient. There is also an update coming soon that should make it even better.

I've been using Bindo for three months now after switching from ShopKeep. It's a huge difference. There's so much more you can do with Bindo and the features are getting updated like every week. It is really worth the money, probably more. Am pretty surprised that more people aren't a switching over yet.
