This app started out to be so fun. Now you can’t get paid for your wins. You can’t get your puzzle pieces. You buy tickets and still can’t get them. You lose more than you win. It’s called billionaire casino but I’m rarely a billionaire. I have written to customer support numerous times and they don’t help. The last time was an automated response. I seriously think it’s time to delete this app. I just spent money on gold tickets and got 20 million. I could have bought chips and got more than that. Goodbye billionaire casino and thanks for when I was having fun.

When I first started playing it was enjoyable, but over time all the changes have led to less and less wins, free spins, jackpots, and a lot of spins actually end up in very bad loss to win ratio. I spent quite a bit of money on this game but won’t be spending anymore. It takes forever to win puzzle pieces and leveling up is near impossible now that the changes were made to how long it takes to earn enough to even move up 1 new level. Overall the best thing about the casino at this time is the friends I’ve made.

I’ve actually almost stopped playing this game completely. I used to love this game because it was fun. Unlike other apps, it would actually let you win big...although, off course, you would eventually lose it all. But it was entertaining so you wouldn’t mind spending a little money to be entertained! But their main goal is not to have you spend a little money. They want you to spend lots!!! They have about 3 events almost every single day. In order to complete the event and win the “prize”, most likely you or someone in your team has to purchase...multiple times...every single day. It can get very expensive!!! The Team Leader of my group does do it to support the team, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she gets bankrupt soon. She must spend at least $50-$100 a day, if not more. I’ve only allowed myself to buy the 85 silver tickets for $6.99. In the beginning, it was worth it because I would get the puzzle pieces needed to redeem either the Bronze, Silver or Gold prizes, and sometimes, more than one. 85 tickets are a lot of tickets! But the last 4x I bought, I didn’t get not even one single bronze, silver or gold puzzle piece. And you need 4 to win the prize! I mean come on, 85 tickets and I couldn’t even get ONE puzzle piece? The deal breaker for me was, I had accumulated 32 Billion...and I lost it all in one straight shot! It didn’t matter which game I played, I was on a major losing streak with no major wins in between. Now try and tell me that the game is not fixed!!! They’re constantly working on the app. It seems every couple of weeks, the game is down...and when it’s back up, you notice that they’ve made the game tougher and tougher to win! So tough, that it’s not even enjoyable to play anymore. Download the app at your discretion. I hope you have better luck with this app than I did!
