Too slow in the spins and when you win you have to wait until it's done with your winnings. Should have a speed button. Also the spin button disappears until it's done. Don't like it.

Purchased over $20 worth of chips on Thanksgiving 2017 and never received them, game crashed and won’t restart. Keep getting this error code. “ oops, Houston we have a problem”. Error code 229. Like it’s a joke to the makers. Not F-ing happy.

When I started this game it was amazing!! You spun diamonds won lost and won again making it worth it. Now it is just lose, lose and lose. Seems like the more I buy the less I win. Stop "fixing" it. Seems to me you are perfecting it to a failure! If you want people to keep playing give us a reason to keep coming back. And instead of giving us the pat response "sorry we are trying" sorry isn't going to give me more coins make it more fun give me more puzzle pieces which by the way are impossible to get now or give us more winning streaks, make it worth our while and give us a reason to keep coming back to YOU guys instead of all the other options offered out there. So can you please fix the games. It is frozen today and last night it took 3 of my gold tickets and 40.million I am playing 20 million a pop. I also bought a 30 day installment pay out that pays some days not others . So far it haven't seen 7 days worth It just kept buffering then left the site and when I opened up again it had taken the bet without playing it and my tickets as well when spinning. I don't think it is fair that I have to loose all this stuff that I paid for because of a glitch in your game. What are you going to do about it?
