You used to be able to win the lottery used to be somewhat fun and you could donate money to your friends. Since the update you lose so much making it not even enjoyable the win on the lottery makes it a waste of time and using 22 gold tickets to not receive a single puzzle piece unbelievable. You guys def didn’t make any improvements don’t forget it’s a game and people delete them and ratings will drop when you mess things up this much.

I give this game three stars because it’s slow to pay out. When I get a WILD on the pay line rarely do I get a winning hand. Oh it does it’s squiggly line thing but I don’t even get paid back what my bet is. I bet 125000 and get 25000. Poor payouts to me.

UPDATE: the response I got from the developer, TYPICAL response from “support”. The chances to win ‘free chips’ is 100% dependent on their algorithms... which is NOTHING!!!! There are several days I can’t even finish these challenges they speak of caused it’s, bottom. Lined. Rigged. Seriously don’t even bother! I was given some bs response about the new “platform owner” making it sound like I was gambling for REAL money... mind you, I spend REAL MONEY to keep playing (my own stupid mistake) but still. Proceed with caution!!!!!! I don’t even know where to begin?! Just STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME!!!!! It’s NOT FREE to play and they have rigged the algorithms to make you lose EVERYTHING!

They need to change their name to Screw You Casino 2, Huuuge is 1, cause they screw their players at every turn. Every maintenance to make a “better” playing experience only makes it better for them and puts the screws to us! If this maintenance they’re doing right now is as bad as I’m afraid it will be, I and most people I know will throw in the bucket and call it quits.

This is the worst app by far. You odds of winning real money going to Vegas are much better. And contrary to the standard response all the complaints get, the odds ARE NOT the industry’s norm. Do your own research on jackpots, big hits, etc. Needed 2 green tickets to win 5 billion in their so called lottery system. Bought over 200 gold tickets just to see how long it took to get 2 green tickets. DID NOT get even 1. At the time also had 9 billion total. 20 minutes later, lost ALL 9 million and was getting pop up ads to by MORE gold tickets every 4 minutes. And the price got higher each time. Reporting them to BBB with my research. Stay away people. Due your own research and you will see the scam.

When I first started playing this app, some days I could win a lot and hit bonus games on many different machines. I purchased chips because I thought here’s a game that is fair to its players even though I didn’t win all the time or every day. Fast forward the last few months, machines have extremely tightened up and bonus games are harder to hit. If you write customer service you get automatic reply either that “you can go through losing streaks” or the game pays out according to “Algorithm” and has casino odds like this is a good excuse as to why you can lose for weeks. Below I would like to reply to their pitiful reply. Anyone who gambles know you can have a dry streak where you may lose for awhile but a gambler also knows you can also go through “winning” streaks as well. You may have a few hours of winning on this but unlike a real casino, your winning streaks are shorter on this app. Next, Billionaire claims to payout like “real casinos”. Seriously? Funny how they say this but there is no proof they do. Also, real casinos actually have laws they have to follow and according to which state a casino is in, the percentage of payout varies. As of now there is no law saying Billionaire has to follow as to how much payout on their games pay so their can set horrible odds. You would think that since these apps don’t payout real money that the developers would be a little more generous but they have turned greedy. Let’s know talk about Algorithms which Billionaire uses plenty from Customer Support. Billionaire uses this excuse as to say that they do payout on their machines. What the average person does not know is Algorithm simply means is it is a sequence that tells a computer what to do. For example if Billionaire says players are only going to win 48% of the for 9 days...it doesn’t matter what you do you will lose more than win. I do not mind paying to play now and then when I feel a person will actually get some value (in this case, play time) but unlike other apps, loyal customers do NOT receive any benefits. If you are a person who spends money, I highly recommend other slots where you get an increase on your “free coins bonus” and other perks for VIP’s. A highly disappointed ex player who spent a lot and should have deleted this app months ago. I am sure I will get a reply but at this point it’s too late, I gave your app a fair chance and $$$.
