This game like any other has to be learned. I used to go through a few hundred dollars every few months to keep chips but I learned not to bet like a maniac. I set limits and choose games wisely. Yes, there are games that will eat you alive, but there are also games you can win or at least break even. The lottery is where you make money too! Learn the game, don’t complain about it!

Game is fun but it becomes silly to get gems. They are for nothing. If you could cash in for chips like other games but no you just have gems sitting there there for nothing. Would be nice if there was different ways to spend so you could earn chips

Horrible, horrible, horrible game!! Just started...played 20 minutes on the Oz game....1 Dorothy wild card, in 20 minutes. 0 free games...0 wins for any significant win...not enough to play on. Deleting and telling EVERYONE I know to STAY AWAY!! Don’t waste your time!! Don’t waste your money!! These people are thieves and I know they won’t post this!!!! Read any review on here. Each says the same...these people are thieves. They promise one thing and deliver nothing. Each response from them says “hi” “I’m sorry” blah, blah, blah. Either fix your disgusting problems with your greed or go away!! I hate liars and thieves and the people running this site are both!!!

I agree with many reviews- chat groups are filled with discussions how the ‘winnings’ are getting fewer and smaller- and due to the addicting nature of the game, entices the player to simply buy more chips- only to lose them very quickly. I had a glitch in the system - and laughed at how bad the canned response from the customer support was. So after spending a lot of money on this game, after the last crappy response, I deleted it. Too many people confirmed my suspicions. I think it’s worthy of state attorney general to start investigating this company based on some of my research. Buyer beware.

my club is getting worse n seen peoples buy billions n lose quick n then never show up n its hard for few trying to finish ur very impossible event slots n today n omg every spin didnt hard hit n we were at 94 percent n i tried spinning n nothing n losing 800 million without hitting anything n im getting scared n so is others sitting in our club n afraid to play n thanks so much making event slots very impossible to play n for the masters club n seen peoples lose all but theres peoples with trillions n guess what peoples that lost is bumming off the peoples earnings lol n thanks for this awesome casino n making every1 scared to play n tip of the day ,..,,,, its suppose to be fun n loosen up bec every1 will leave ur casino n for now u guys dont care bec it hasnt happen yet n but once it does lol on u guys n pretty soon ur casino will be called poor as f... casino n ur response is so lame n robo lol

I use to be playing this game daily, and sadly would pay alot into this game. I had 45 billion in money and i stopped playing for a good while. 3 months back and apparently i only have 5 mill chips. I tried everything to contact but it never worked.
