Use to love this game but as of late Our club have had nothing but problems. Most recent issue is with the Sant’s Gift league event. Our league points will and donations will not update. We have accumulated more then enough point (according to our calculations of points equal to 2 Billy coin totals) 2 Billy(2000)=1 league points. Donated 1 Million yesterday but I did not update donations total. Club member winning huuuge jackpots with 1000 bonus coins credited to other club members but the league points didn’t update. We have lost trillions of coins playing to no avail. I have contacted the game support but no reply, same with Facebook Billionaire Support; No reply, Review for third time; No Reply. Wish I could rate you ZERO. And please don’t reply with one of your cookie cutter responses. “Hello, blab, blab,” Real answers please. P.S. Why aren’t your reviews in date order, with latest review first and older reviews following. Answer! You are interspersing the negative reviews with the positive ones, just to give the impression that your app is working well. “SUCH A CROCK”.

I agree all the last reviews, starts good you! win some, you loose some it’s all slots and game can win all the time. Bought golden tickets, saved the ones for big lottery when played no green piece over 100 spins, it was 5b 2b and 500m when I was spinning completed the blue one got 100m!!!! Till then all the tickets that I played was not big prize ! Wrote their Facebook page they directed to an other link which is ok and I understand. Send an email no respond!!!!! I guess it’s time to delete the app. And have a lot of friends getting close to where I am at anyways not happy!

Im a club leader. The game is terrible now. Everyone is complaining. Ever since they did some updates a few months ago you cant win anything. The app kicks u out. The wheels spin and spin. Asked for customer support and they tell us all same automated responses. Say re downloaded the game ect. Or blame poor luck. Never taking responsibility for their app problems. No one can win enough to play. Their in app packages are outrageously priced. My Gold tickets I earned from leveling up disappeared and still waiting for customer support. Not just me it happens to. Read their Facebook page. Nothing but bad comments. Only good comments are new players which when new you level super fast and can achieve your daily goals. Then all down hill from there. I know its a game and it used to be an awesome game. Now no fun. I have been a member a long time and can tell the difference between bad luck and app problems. Please be aware of these issues. Dont spend money because its money wasted. Play for free. Enjoy wile u can. You will see what im talking about. Good luck

i was addicted to this app, spent a LOT of actual money to play with fake money. that’s all on me, i know. however, i managed to win 300 billion chips and as soon as i did, i didn’t see another win. i sat at one table in cash madness with the same people, and while one person won 5 jackpots, i hit NOTHING and managed to lose everything. this app started off awesome, but that was all it took for me to quit.
