I cannot get in to game after update. Have tried everything HUUUGE advised. I purchased tickets $39.99 prior to surgery. Knowing I would have plenty of time to play after recovery. After 5 days in ICU and life support I log in to see update. Updated and cannot get in to game. I have contacted support with zero response. Give me a refund or I will start a post advising who else wants to be involved in class action law suit. The one star is more than deserved but it doesn’t allow a zero.
The game is on the tight side.

Hello again. I wanted you to know I have deleted this game app. I loved it & it was used for my down time after work & dinner in the evenings. Had great enjoyment. It was fun. But after that last update, the fun was tore down so fast - 50B lost. Haven't been able to get it back. Can't hit a Huuuge win like I used to. The play after the update changed so much. Since the update, I entered a room, start spinning, get 1 Huuuge Win after many spins. Sometime I'll get a 2nd one & then no more after that. I used to be able to set it on auto & not worry much about losing too much. Not anymore. That's how I lost my 50+ billion. My last play was in Huge Diamonds. Probably put in about 25 spins & got a huge win - 2 bar, 1 diamond. 600M. A player came in the room. I am estimating 10-15 spins go by, she/he hit 4B. Then two 12B. Another 4B and then hit 40B. These were close back-to-back spins for this person. I got out because it was certain I would not hit anymore in that room. Now this has been happening (with me) since this update. I haven't been able to hit much of anything but everyone around me is. I feel like I've been capped. Anyway, I got out of that room, cashed in the rest of my tickets, bought myself chips with my diamonds, went into another room, set it on max bet & let it run its course. Either I was gonna come out well above my dwindling 3B chips or delete with no more to work with. As expected, the latter prevailed. This is such a fun slot game. Its sad I had to get rid of it but the change for me since that update is like night & day. The frustration stripped the fun away from my play. You don't need to respond to this edit. I already know what it would be. It will be the same response sent to others who have complained about the same thing - even from a year ago when you updated the app. Seems like every time you update, it's not for the better for your players. Sad.....

I don’t know what is going on but when I open any huuuge casino game it tells me the version is no longer supported to get Billionaire Casino.. I have that so I’m unsure of is if the message is true how are all my chips, fame, and tickets and such.

I’ve played this game for a year and invested thousands of dollars. Do not believe the algorithm BS that the game developers “canned answer” will give you. You will win, the lose and lose and lose and lose and lose. They take and as of late things have gotten worse. I have multiple accounts and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt there’s no algorithm. You can play and it’s not consistent. You buy some tickets and bang you win, and the next day, they take it all back. And no wins at all so if you play at all, it’s inevitable that you’ll lose it. Not through careless playing, but just playing at all. Certain players who are friends with staff members, hit trillion dollar jackpots and IN my entire year long history I’ve never seen a single 10x or Diamonds jackpot. That’s why you need to run. Huuuge, you need to listen to us or you are gonna go under. Loosen up a little! I’d love to hit a 10x jackpot and see that it’s not like Bigfoot or a Yeti. Big Fish casino has a really cool win/lose system that I think is actually based on an algorithm because you win and lose fairly consistently and you actually feel like you aren’t being mugged for your money in a dark alley like Huuuge makes you feel. And stop with the canned answers...it looks really bad.
