I really like this game it’s a cool game to play

I see all sorts of comments from the developer stating industry standard payouts. Which industry? The iPhone entertainment fake slot industry or are you comparing your payouts to slots that pay out real money? If you are industry standard please provide the name of the certifying agency along with your certification certificate. I can name at least fifteen ways your slots do not meet this claim. However, the larger piece you haven’t figured out is that people play this for fun and entertainment. Even if they were standard payouts and certified users are not playing for that. They just want to be able to have fun with a game.

Not much different than huuuge casino. Greedy not a lot of bigger wins . Seems like I have to buy if I want to play. Unhappy and about to delete both apps Was fun to play at first but not so much now. I am very disappointed in both games!!!!.its not fun to play and is the most expensive free game out there. It is cheaper to go to a real casino!!!

Hello everyone, happy 2018 , I am deleting the game , this years holidays they have open my eyes on a very unfortunate situation, I have more than 10 accounts between 8 different devices, huuuge and billionaires casino, in between 12/2217 and 1/2/18 they have changed my account for $1400.00 dollars when I have make purchases only 300 dollars , is going on for awhile and I couldn’t figure out how is possible until now , please don’t make any purchases and if you already have make sure you are getting billed the right amounts. There is several other issues with the app, and many players left and others are about too, please be extra careful with this apps and any of this developer, I am just trying to raise awareness so others don’t get the same treatment as I did. The other problems is 1 you never get resolved your issues they just get worsen after you contact customer service support 2 the updates are only for loose more money and you never get them back 3 the reels are controlled and keep spinning with no stop until they kicked you out from the winning, , their excuse something went wrong but everything is okay now duhhhh we are poor not stupid 4 about 6 months to a year ago from club bonuses we could play all day now they only allow so much to be accumulated, in one full day I only pick up 50 million on bonus when a year ago was 1 hour worth of bonus 5 the lottery tickets we use to be able on the lottery days 5x to win and keep it for a day or so playing now we buy tickets and we can’t get 1 puzzle done after spending 75 tickets 6 events are far more in daily basis 2 or 3 instead of 1 and they changed to league points instead of amount of winnings , is okay for big clubs and players with trillions on their bank , how are you expecting small clubs with 20 players and little money to survive and advance? Get real , we the people of little money have make you what you are and with money in your pockets , we the people can make you broke again and your greedy self will be where you deserved

I really loved this app at first but I recently collected the 4th blue puzzle piece and won the 500 million promised. However when I started to use it to play the top level Huge Diamonds slot they stopped paying out my winnings. I bet the 5 million minimum per spin and hit for 25 million, then 50 million and then another 25 million and never received any of the winnings. The app deducted each 5 million per spin but never paid any of the winnings back. I contacted customer service for what I hope was a technical glitch but so far there has been no response. While waiting for a response I hopped over to the roulette table and bet a max of 50k per spin. The app neither deducted the 50k per spin nor paid any of the winnings. Again I contacted customer service hoping it is just a technical glitch but we will see. In my experience the developers of an app have the ability to review your activity along with any winnings you may have accumulated. If this is the case I would expect that my claims will be reviewed and paid back to my account. I will update my review once the technical support team responds to my complaint. Fingers crossed they do the right thing and pay all of my winnings that were never property placed in my account.

This game is nothing but a money racket. As long as you are buying chips you win a little but you loose a lot more than you win, a waist of my time and I am definitely not waisting my money!!! Good riddance!!

Ok game you constantly seem to lose on this every once in a while you hit a small amount can’t bet the max never have enough money to do so and I’ll just lose faster. I never seen a puzzle piece except where they show you can collect them. But what more can you expect from a game you play for free. I don’t believe I’ll be spending my money for more chips cause I’ll only will lose it too. Unlike other slots this one is tight with their wins.
