Way too many bugs

ExperiencedReviewer2022

1/2/21– This app needs a ton of work. Large swaths of transactions missing unless I force close and reopen. Often trying to select categories within a transaction makes those categories disappear. My end of month reconciliation is the most painful process because of this. I usually have around 100 transactions per month and the process takes a full hour.

Seamless App

Expense management has never been more simple. The end users are likely your employees and subordinates who will be using the mobile app primarily, and it’s intuitive and straightforward enough that they likely don’t even need any training. The product being free is just the cherry on top!

Customer Service

Horrible! I need help canceling a transaction

Nightmare

So far it has been a nightmare to use. Every transaction keeps getting declined for potential fraud. I can’t have every single employee complaining about every single declined transaction. Clean userface, but needs a lot of work to remove unnecessary checkpoints and features. Keep it simple. That’s what people want.

Horrible customer service

I was called and told I had a credit on my account and my card is active. I make a purchase and it gets declined but I have $10k in available credit. They don’t have a clue about what’s going on with my account.

Too many problems, reimbursements not opening, sorry message for 3 days Purchases not loading after card is used. It’s 2022 already

Wry intuitive, easy to use and relieves the AP team from more work.

Accounting

We recently started using Divvy, is fine it helps some as I don’t manually have to enter every transaction, however, we use quickbooks as our accounting software and every time a new transaction is enter on divvy it asks the employee to enter the name of the business they made the purchase at, allowing them to do that is creating duplicate vendors. For example they went to shell for gas, whomever enters the transaction if they misspell wrote differently or added something to the name, now I have several “shell gas stations” as vendors because not everyone will write it the same way, to me that is a huge flaw if the app. Another thing is that it transfers everything and checks it as a billable expense on the quickbooks side thousands of transactions and we still have to go one by one to change that. The developers have a lot to work on.
