Easy to use, but way too simple-needs to be more robust -Mobile app only works in Portrait mode…need to update it so that it will toggle to Landscape mode when using on an iPad -Won’t allow multiple photos for receipts (when I have 3 pages of detail for one reimbursement, there should be a better way) -Won’t allow you to “suspend/draft” an expense, you either enter it completely or start over The app doesn’t seem to show me a total of how much I’ve requested. Assuming I have to go to the full format on my laptop?

I continue to have issue loading receipts. I have to try several times - often logging in later as the system is problematic.

The app is slow and it kicks me out when I want activate my card It makes me think that this might be a fraudulent company.

Very unhappy with the inability to track what’s going on. Overly simplistic and uninformative. Alerts and screens vanish with no indication of whether they have been acted on or a way of checking back to see what they said or if changes have been accepted.

App has issues. I’ve went the rounds with their support. Once a day I have to restart the app to get it to accept receipts or function properly. Other than that it’s great

I missed one payment on this card because of my payment account getting hacked and forgot to switch this card over to my new account. I made the missed payment 4 days after because i went to use my card and it was shut off do to the payment being automatically taken out of the account that was hacked and not going through. I spoke to a representative and explained my situation and they stated that they would reactivate my card once i made the payment. I made the payment and they closed my account completely. Didn’t give me a reason to why or anything.

It has been well over 1 month - going on 2 months and someone stole my card number and made a purchase online; however, no one from your staff or Mastercard has assisted me in refunding the charges and I was still made to pay a bill with the fraudulent charges - unheard of.
Drama Card
Make sure you use the right bank account to pay your credit card because you can’t change it. Make sure you check your transactions as they charge you an don’t notify you. They will pause your card without notifying you and they won’t change status unless you ask them to. Then they block any transactions you need to make. Worst credit card ever!

Hello, I have set up my bank account. I have taken a picture of the receipt. My boss has Approved the reimbursement. For some reason the money has not been deposited in my bank account and it has been 2 weeks!

Absolutely horrible!!! I was supposedly sent a card on December 7th it now Dec 28 still no card! ((RIDICULOUS))!!!!
