The cards don’t work at many vendors and they will still take the money away when a transaction is attempted and then say they can’t do anything about it.

Expense management has never been more simple. The end users are likely your employees and subordinates who will be using the mobile app primarily, and it’s intuitive and straightforward enough that they likely don’t even need any training. The product being free is just the cherry on top!

Specifically reviewing the app as opposed to the service: The app is pretty well laid out, everything makes sense, and it follows the design patterns laid out by iOS in general, so ? for that. Really annoying things: Lack of iPad app The inability to upload PDFs for receipts

I love hating divvy.

If it were actually good at what it attempts to accomplish, I’d lose out on being able to bond with colleagues over our shared hate for divvy. The app forces this weird paradigm of having both categories and budgets. Both need to be filled out and you might think you have spent from the right budget but really you just categorized it with the category that is named the same as the budget. Overall I just think their UX feels very much like an MVP. I gave it 2 stars for the comedic value it provides every time we try to use it and it lets us down.

I love using Divvy. I’ve used about every other option in the past and divvy is light years ahead. Super easy, user friendly, it’s been a game changer. If you can’t figure out Divvy your company shouldn’t trust you to travel for them or represent them in any way. Strongly recommend to any business to give them a try.

I’ve used Divvy for 9 months now and like the control it gives us. No more receipts or reimbursements is nice. I haven’t done an expense report since who knows when. The app can be buggy at times, but nothing major. I just hard close the app and relaunch and it typically bounces back to full functionality. Looking forward to the new features!

Divvy’s mobile app is great. The service is amazing so I’ll just review the app itself. Real time transaction shows up the second I swipe my card. I am a part of 5 different budgets across a couple teams so being able to pick which department I’m spending out of is really nice. I like that I’m reminded to add a picture of the receipt and add the gl code. Overall looks nice and works great.

Not very intuitive

I’ve had the hardest time with this app the last year of usage. Their service conceptually speaking is great. Their business model is great! But their product for the end-using company is terrible.
