Big Neon is the best ticketing app. Period. I’ve used Eventbrite, Ticketfly and many of the others but the design and features in Big Neon really are the best out there today. Ticket transfer is so easy and I love that they’re constantly adding new features. I hope they add some onsite features as well as this is the first ticketing app I would consider using for something other than getting into a concert. It makes me want to use it while I’m there as well.

This is a fantastic app to buy tickets and find out about upcoming events that may have slipped your radar. The features of the app keep getting better and the technology is getting better and better. Keep up the good work!

Most ridiculous app I have seen that charges 12% on the top of the price with the most ridiculous interface that does not work till you reboot your phone. Get out the business guys!

doesn’t show QR code after purchase. doesn’t have the option of unsubscribing from emails they send. deleted app. sending emails to spam. frustrating to force ppl to get an app for a f’ticket! stop
This app is a mess

Trying to login to this app for the first time is a train wreck. I’m stuck in a “having trouble” death loop, with no resolution in sight, endless “looks like you haven’t logged in before” and “you’ve already logged in, please close this tab”. Make up your mind! A simple “contact us” or chat with a customer service agent would fix this, but that doesn’t seem to be an option.

Absolutely horrible experience with this app/company. First, they require you to create an account just to purchase a ticket. Why is there no option to purchase as a guest and use my email rather than having to create an account? I reluctantly created an account since I really wanted to go to this event. Then, after purchasing a ticket, I get an email saying I need to download the app in order to get my ticket that I’ve already paid for. What kind of nonsense is that??? Send me the ticket that I’ve paid for! Then, I download the app and try to login through the Facebook authentication system and it doesn’t even work???? All I see is a blank white screen. So now I’ve created an account and downloaded the app only to not even be able to get the ticket that I’ve paid for?! To top it all off, I go to their poorly built zendesk support center to find a number that I can contact them with and there is none. Absolutely awful experience, left me feeling upset and annoyed. Would give it a negative rating if I could.
Keeps crashing

Just downloaded the app but just keeps crashing. Disappointed. Please fix this so I don’t have problems on the day of the event.
