This app is a mess – Big Neon Review

Trying to login to this app for the first time is a train wreck. I’m stuck in a “having trouble” death loop, with no resolution in sight, endless “looks like you haven’t logged in before” and “you’ve already logged in, please close this tab”. Make up your mind! A simple “contact us” or chat with a customer service agent would fix this, but that doesn’t seem to be an option.
