Horrible horrible horrible experience – Big Neon Review

Absolutely horrible experience with this app/company. First, they require you to create an account just to purchase a ticket. Why is there no option to purchase as a guest and use my email rather than having to create an account? I reluctantly created an account since I really wanted to go to this event. Then, after purchasing a ticket, I get an email saying I need to download the app in order to get my ticket that I’ve already paid for. What kind of nonsense is that??? Send me the ticket that I’ve paid for! Then, I download the app and try to login through the Facebook authentication system and it doesn’t even work???? All I see is a blank white screen. So now I’ve created an account and downloaded the app only to not even be able to get the ticket that I’ve paid for?! To top it all off, I go to their poorly built zendesk support center to find a number that I can contact them with and there is none. Absolutely awful experience, left me feeling upset and annoyed. Would give it a negative rating if I could.
