The mobile app is required to access your ticket!! This is absolutely ridiculous! What if I don’t want another extra app on my phone? And I have to download this because I have already pay for my ticket and I need to go to the concert! Not a good experience and can’t wait to delete this app after I go to the concert!

I tried transferring a ticket and it completely failed, and I lost my ticket. They never responded to my support request, and I lost $50. This app is shady and utter garbage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The app immediately closes when opening. At least have a functioning app if you’re going to force the app on the attendees.

Got my new iPhone 11. Tried opening up this app and it keeps closing. If this is fixed before an event this coming Saturday, then I’ll change my ratings to 5 stars. If not, I’ll leave this 1 Star on here for...EVER... **update** You fixed it before my event this weekend. 5 stars forever!

Tried transferring some tickets and they just disappeared. No trace of them in the “Transferred” tab so I can’t cancel and send to the correct email address :(

Requiring another app is ridiculous, and their Login with Facebook feature is PISS POOR.
