Big thanks to team HACK WEST. I applied for a mortgage loan few weeks ago but was disqualified. The last time I went through my credit report there were all sorts of things on my report including bankruptcy and tax liens to dispute, and the companies all dropped it off my record. After surfing through the internet for help I read wonderful reviews about HackWest at Writeme dot com on Reddit and other blogs. To cut the long story short they fixed my credit scores to 840, removed tax liens, eviction and bankruptcy off my report, they also increased my credit card limit and credit leverage. Still surprised at how it just happened so fast (7 days) and easy to push the dispute button at the credit agency website with this Specialist. You can also WhatsApp via (424) 307 2638 and worry no more on buying a home with low credit scores. Hope this helps everyone looking for help.

This app is extremely confusing and difficult to use. I cannot get out of the investment part of the app. I can’t register my bank account. I have to use a bank only recommended by betterment. These are all negatives.
Fix facial recognition log in

I’ve logged in six times and selected to allow face recognition and set a pin, and every time I log back in it does not open the face recognition tool requiring that I log back in. I finally selected the option to save password on my phone, and this time face recognition worked, but the first thing the app did after log on was to all of I want to use face recognition yet again. And it never asked for the pin that I set. Very poor app execution!!

Do NOT use betterment for any reason. They locked all my accounts after one of my credit cards tried to pay off more than was in my account. They didn’t allow the transfer but worse yet they LOCKED my accounts and won’t allow incoming money either. It’s been 48 hours. Customer service was unable to help. Now I have to figure out who to contact or what agency to demand my money out. Insane…

The app really is so slow… I’ve noticed the mobile website is also slow, but not as slow as the app. Not sure what backend tech y’all are using but something needs to change… Also would love to access documents and security from the app instead of having to do that from the mobile website. It’s basically a wrapper of the site, so I don’t see why that’s not possible.
